Greater Toronto Area (GTA) MLS® Listing

Your property listed on the local MLS® system (TREB) by a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board where it is automatically syndicated on to REALTOR.ca, (formerly MLS.ca with millions of visitors per/mo). Listings also appear on affiliate IDX® sites, mobile sites and the REALTOR.ca smart phone app. It can be residential “For Sale” or “For Rent/Lease”. Commercial listings are possible but may incur an additional fee. See Add-ons.
This Buyer-Friendly option is designed to allow Private Buyers to quickly recognize that your MLS® listing is a Mere Posting, and provides quick and easy way for Buyers to contact you directly. REALTORS® may find it unattractive, but Buyers will love it!
